Over the past two decades, I've built a career translating complex ideas into clear, engaging content for global brands, technology companies, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, and digital products. My work spans UX writing, content strategy, technical documentation, marketing copy, editorial content, and AI-assisted communications. Whether I'm simplifying a complicated workflow, developing a content strategy, or crafting a campaign that connects with customers, my focus is always the same: create content that serves both the audience and the business.
I've partnered with organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, helping cross-functional teams solve communication challenges through thoughtful research, strategic planning, and carefully crafted language. Alongside my professional work, I'm also a poet and a novelist. My second poetry book A Year in the Love is a collection of poems written over the course of a single year, about longing, devotion, grief, friendship, desire, healing, and the complicated beauty of a love without a home. As the first book in my paranormal romance series, my novel Bear Witness reimagines the Goldilocks fairy tale through the lens of love, mythology, and found family.
Writing fiction has strengthened my appreciation for authentic voice, emotional storytelling, and character-driven narratives. These skills enrich every piece of content I create, whether it's a product experience, marketing campaign, or long-form editorial feature.
